IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE EDUCATE ALL OUR CUSTOMERS WHEN IT COMES TO PURCHASING A BODY KIT AS MOST CUSTOMERS HAVE LITTLE OR NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE PRODUCT THEY ARE BUYING.
We know our body kits have to be long lasting, durable and with a beautiful finish. That’s why we use DuraFlex FRP on everything we make. No skimping, anywhere.
PRODUCT AND QUALITY
Most kits are made out of Fibreglass or Urethane. Fibreglass is known to be rigid but brittle, and with a poor finish. Urethane kits are known for their flexibility, but they actually change shape in warm weather due to this characteristic. All our products are made out of high quality DuraFlex FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic). FRP is Fibre Glass with a DuraFlex Gel Plastic upper coating. What this does is provide a middle ground product that has the benefits of both Fibreglass and Urethane products, with none of the drawbacks.
You may have noticed that we use the same product on all our kits. This is because we only create high quality goods, and because we stand by the quality of our products. We use the same materials on all our cars. The result is a material that is rigid, with will flex under pressure and one that is resistant to weathering. You’ll also get an easy to paint surface that dries to a smooth, high quality finish that is easy to take care of.
FITTING AND MODIFCATIONS
Designed on the Car
All our kits are designed on the cars they are designed to fit. This means that all our kits are designed to fit the brackets and fixing points you already have on your car.
Despite all our best efforts to create you perfectly fitting kits, there will always need to be some minor adjustments made to your car during fitting. This can be the moving or removal of minor parts and brackets. This is nothing to an that experienced body-shop will struggle with.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING
We do ship our body kits and single parts internationally. You currently can’t make international orders on our website. But you can make an order by sending us an email, or calling us directly. We’ll get you a quote in record time.
Orders & Stock
Are you looking at a part and worried about it being in stock? Not a problem. We make all our own parts. So if we don’t have your item in stock, we’ll get it made for you, brand new and delivered to your door within 2 weeks.

Do you need additional parts to complete the look of your project? We will source you the parts and deliver them to you with your order.
PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE
Items must be examined before signing for them with the courier or delivery company. All items are checked by us before they are dispatched to make sure there are no damages present. We will not be responsible for any damages reported to us after the item has been signed for. The delivery driver is fully obliged to wait whilst you inspect the item, despite what they may say at the time (courier drivers work on commission basis so want to deliver as quickly as possible). The driver MUST wait whilst you inspect the parcel and if damaged then the item must be signed for damaged with the courier for us to cover any claim for a damaged item. Also, we will accept no responsibility for damaged reported to us if you have instructed the courier to leave the item without signature or with a neighbour. All items must be checked for damages before signing for them at your address and if damaged present this must be noted on the courier signature pad / docket.
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website or Ebay but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. If you wish to cancel any order you may do so at anytime after an order has been placed or up to 7 days after the date of delivery. All notices of cancellation must be given to us in writing by email. The goods must then be returned at your own expense within 7 days of acceptance unusedunmodified and undamged.
IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY THEN YOU WILL ONLY BE LIABLE FOR THE COURIER AND PACKAGING CHARGES FOR RETURNING THE ITEM TO US. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ITEM THEN WE WILL DEDUCT OUR POSTAGE COSTS AND CHARGE A 20 PERCENT HANDLING CHARGE TO COVER THE POSTAGE MATERIALS USED. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTARY RIGHTS.
We will not be liable for any costs incurred in the return of cancelled orders. The goods will not be deemed to have been returned until notification is given by ourselves that the goods have been returned to the address advised by us. It is your responsibility to return all goods in the same condition as they were upon delivery. We reserves the right to deduct from the refund any charges necessary for the repair or cleaning of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. You are advised to retain the original packaging in the event of you cancelling an order. We retain the right to charge for any necessary packaging/re-packaging.
Johnny Angel Customs shall be entitled to recover all costs, losses, charges, and expenses incurred in connection with goods returned not saleable as new. Where a product is proven to be faulty or the wrong item has been delivered, the buyer is entitled to a replacement product. In the event of a replacement product being shipped, the buyer shall be entitled to a refund of any return delivery charges upon proof of payment.
It is recommended that packages are returned using a traceable, insured form of delivery that requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail Special or Recorded delivery or courier; please enclose proof of postage receipt for a refund to be processed if applicable. Special orders (i.e. orders that are made to order) are non-refundable once the order is sent through to the factory for production. Electronic items (such as headlights and tail lights, diagnostic tools, ECU modules, software) are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
A refund will only be credited back to the credit card holder’s account which was used to make the original purchase. You may be asked to confirm these details again in order to process a refund.
Cancellation of special orders (i.e. orders that are made to order or items ordered to suit a certain country/model) will incur a re-stocking fee.
Please note, all deliveries are made via courier. Upon receiving your package please check the item/s ordered are received in the expected condition. If a product is delivered damaged please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your parcel for us to resolve this.
Please test fit this item before carrying out any prepping / painting if required. We cannot offer refund on any item which has been prepped or painted.
